Delete your account

There’s no self-serve delete button in the app — account removal is handled for you.

• To leave one club: ask that club’s admin to remove you from the Members page. Your membership there ends (your bookings and club credit for that club go with it), while your account and any other club memberships stay intact.
• To delete your whole account: email support@lobtix.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll remove your account and personal data.

Heads up

Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone. You’ll lose access to your bookings and club credit. Cancel any upcoming bookings first if you want the credit returned.
