Club credit & your wallet

Club credit is a balance your club keeps for you inside Lobtix. It’s a record your club manages — when you pay your club, an admin adds the amount to your balance; there’s no card top-up inside the app.

• Your balance shows in Account and on the booking screen (for example “€42 credit”).
• When you book a court, its cost comes off your credit automatically.
• If a booking is cancelled or a split doesn’t go ahead, the amount is returned to your credit.
• Credit belongs to the club that gave it and can’t be transferred between clubs.

Good to know

Lobtix doesn’t hold your money — the balance simply mirrors what you’ve settled with your club. Refunds of actual money are handled by your club under its own policy.
