Set booking rules & pricing

Booking rules apply club-wide and can be overridden per membership plan.

  • Booking window — how many days ahead members can reserve.
  • Active bookings — the cap on upcoming reservations per member.
  • Cancellation window — the free-cancellation deadline.
  • Pricing — per-hour rates, optionally different for singles/doubles, peak hours and guests.
