Set booking rules & pricing
Control booking windows, limits, cancellation policy and court prices.
Booking rules apply club-wide, from Admin → Settings.
- Booking window — how many days ahead members can reserve.
- Active bookings — the cap on upcoming reservations per member.
- Cancellation window — the free-cancellation deadline.
- Pricing — a per-hour rate set on each court (in Admin → Courts); courts with no price are free.
