Club subscription & billing
Your club's plan and trial, and how member credit works.
Lobtix bills your club for its subscription — nothing else. There are no member payments through Lobtix and no payouts: money between members and the club is handled by the club directly.
Your plan & trial
Section titled “Your plan & trial”Every new club starts on a 14-day Pro trial. Before it ends, choose a plan from Admin → Subscription:
- Basic — €49/month: court booking, member management and the club wallet, for up to 8 courts and 100 members.
- Pro — coming soon: everything in Basic with unlimited courts and members. Pricing will be announced before launch.
Subscription payments are made by card through our payment provider. Upgrades apply immediately, and you can cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the billing period.
Member credit
Section titled “Member credit”Members don’t pay Lobtix. When a member settles up with your club, add it to their balance from the Members page (adjust credit). That credit is then spent automatically when they book. See how members experience it in Club credit & your wallet.
